I'm a fresh graduate from university just last year. I started to work in my current company for about 4 months ago. I've been informed that a performance appraisal will be held between me and my director. We've been asked to list our strength, weakness, etc... But, I do not know what to say and how to say it in front of my director..how am i going to tell my strength and weakness? I'm scared I will say the wrong things..any advise?
